Women in Rock – UK Tour

An exciting new concert tour is touring theatres this year. Women in Rock is a celebration of female rock legends – from the originals right up until modern day. With something for every rock fan.

A trio of female vocal power-houses front an authentic 4 piece rock band to create a stage show worthy of their idols.

From artists you hear less of these days, to the ones you still hear on the radio every day – this production brings to life the icons of the past and modern day in their own strong, signature style.

The audience were held in reminiscent bliss to the sounds of artists such as Alanis Morisette, Cher, Halestorm, Joan Jet, Pink, Stevie Nicks, Janis Joplin, Evanescence and more.

Songs such as Black Velvet, Call Me, I Love Rock and Roll, Bring Me To Life, Edge of Seventeen and many more are performed to the highest vocal standard by three of the most authentic and talented ‘rock chicks’ that you will likely ever see on stage.

Sara Louise And Emily Clarke’s ‘Republica – Ready To Go’ was an energetic masterclass and a real highlight that showed off the quality capability of this group, meanwhile Jennifer Greene smashed a stunning version of Edge of Seventeen – two of many highlights.

The rock divas also support eachother throughout – providing backing vocals and insane harmonies.

The band, made up of Alex Ward (smashing some Guitar solos), Jamie Brooks (keys) Mick Neaves (drums) ans Steve Clay (vocals and bass) provide an excellent, truly authentic rock sound from start to finish.

Women in Rock is a stunning and unique evenings entertainment and if you are considering it, you really should go before you miss it.

If you love to rock, this is the one. You will toe tap, head bang, sing and dance along to one of the most enjoyable music tours on tour right now.
